Dear Ashton,

I wanted to personally thank you for going above and beyond supporting our community. On this occasion EKFB have supported us with emergency fencing around our play equipment where the ground has become unsafe due to the very dry conditions. If anyone can get a job done it's you!

You're always so thoughtful, professional and helpful and I feel it's very important that your efforts are formally recorded which is why I've copied in our Ward Councillors.

Your two operatives were very decent and worked quickly to erect the fencing. They worked hard to get the job done. They even returned to the depot to collect emergency signage. They introduced themselves as Lovepreed and Amin. They were respectful and understanding of our safety concerns and worked at speed to remedy. They're a great asset to your team. I should be grateful if you could pass this message on to their Line Manager.

This isn't the first time EKFB have supported our community and I hope our Ward Councillors can feed this back to County.

I appreciate EKFB need to counter balance the negative and give back to the community, everyone is quick to criticise but I can vouch for your "in it together" ethos.
